About Cosmologica
Cosmologica is a series that attempts to photograph across the multiverse. The Hubble Space Telescope has taken images of stars and galaxies, but those objects exist in our universe. Some cosmologists have theorized that infinite multiverses beyond our own exist in every possible form. Liberally and loosely playing on this idea, Cosmologica takes cyanotype photographs of light and dust clouds, and with imagination and unprovable theory, transforms them into interstellar images from a neighboring universe. Under the construct that every possibility is actuality, these images capture deep space objects from an existence we will never know.
